Rod is President and chair of the firm’s Mediation and Litigation groups. He focuses his practice on commercial and real property litigation. Rod B. Neuman is also a highly skilled mediator having mediated more than 1200 civil disputes in the past fifteen years. He is regularly included in Florida’s Legal Elite and Best Lawyers I the areas of real estate litigation and mediation.
The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is a professional association whose membership consists of ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution. Membership is by invitation only and all Academy members have been thoroughly reviewed and found to meet stringent practice criteria.
