For over ten years, Gibbons | Neuman has been a proud sponsor and supporter of Buddy Baseball: a non‑competitive recreational league serving boys and girls ages 8 to 21 with special needs throughout the Tampa Bay community.

Buddy Baseball pairs each player with a “buddy” who assists as needed both on the field and in the dugout. The program fosters friendships, breaks down barriers, and provides children with special needs the opportunity to participate in an organized sport in an encouraging and inclusive environment. Beyond the excitement of taking part in a baseball game, players experience team spirit, camaraderie, and meaningful connection.
