Patti W. Halloran was admitted to The Florida Bar in April 1978 and is also admitted to practice before all U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts in Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  Patti joined the firm in 1996, after practicing with other firms and serving for a period as in-house litigation counsel for a regional bank.  Patti’s primary area of practice is bankruptcy and the adjustment of debtor-creditor relationships, both in and out of court.  Over the course of her practice she has successfully represented debtors, creditors, trustees, and committees in bankruptcy court, litigants in related state court actions, and in appeals in both federal and state courts.

Patti is the daughter, sister, and mother of members of the U.S. military.  This family history prompted her to become admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Veterans Appeals where it has been her privilege to represent, through referrals from The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program, veterans or their families seeking appellate review of the denial of benefits.

When not busy with her practice, Patti enjoys being a doting grandmother.
