Elizabeth P. Allen, JD, LLM, with the firm since 1989, is an elder law, estate planning and probate attorney.  She helps clients preserve, manage, and distribute their assets after death through estate planning and helps senior individuals to legally navigate through the complicated governmental systems and personal issues that arise because of aging.

After graduating from the University of South Florida in 1986, Liz went on to receive her J.D. degree, with honors, from Stetson University College of Law in 1988.  She later returned to Stetson and earned a Masters of Law degree in Elder Law. She is currently an adjunct law professor at Stetson University‘s Gulfport campus.

Liz is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and ElderCare Matters Alliance. She is a member of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.

When not practicing law, Liz enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter, the cinema, reading and hiking.
