Earlier this year, in conjunction with creating a new firm website (and following a trend among many law firms), we decided to shorten the name of the firm from “Gibbons, Neuman, Bello, Segall, Allen & Halloran, P.A.” to “Gibbons | Neuman.”
This name change has prompted some questions as to whether there have been big changes or whether some of our lawyers have left the firm. The answer is “no.” We still have the same great team of lawyers ready and able to help you.
One of those great lawyers is John R. “Jack” Bello, Jr.
Jack has been a member of the firm since 1986 and he became a shareholder in 1992. Jack enjoys an excellent reputation as a litigator in cases involving issues. He has developed expertise in life, health, disability, and real estate title insurance claims, and frequently advises clients in business litigation and real estate matters. Jack has earned an “AV” rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest professional rating from other lawyers and judges.
Jack is Treasurer for the Tampa Chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association which protects our local fishery and the rights of recreational fisherman, and is an active member of St. Stephen Church, in Valrico.
Jack also enjoys rooting for the Tampa Bay Lightning, fishing for redfish, snook, and trout in Tampa Bay, and hiking in our National Parks or on local trails with his wife, Laurie.
